Chelsea Piper

Chelsea Piper joined UCD in 2014 and was promoted to Development and Leasing Manager in 2022. She is responsible for general support to the Development and Leasing team including tracking tenant lease status throughout the negotiation, creating exhibits for tenant leases, lease abstracts, building tenant lease files upon execution, providing pre-construction documents and due diligence items to tenants, tenant accountability to development dates, and assisting in review and approval of tenant signage. Chelsea also assists the CEO and President with scheduling and acts as the Office Manager.
